Shipping policy
Niceweird products are made to order and fulfilled by our Printify production partners. This helps us avoid unnecessary stock and waste.
Processing times
Most orders are produced within 2-7 business days before dispatch. During busy periods or for unusual sizes and colours, production can take a little longer.
Delivery estimates
Estimated transit times after dispatch are normally:
- United Kingdom: 2-5 business days
- United States and Canada: 3-8 business days
- Europe: 5-12 business days
- Other destinations: 7-20 business days
These are estimates rather than guarantees. Your order may be produced by a facility closer to you, and delivery can be affected by the destination, carrier, customs, public holidays, or events outside our control.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated from the products in your order and your delivery address. The full amount is shown at checkout before you pay. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
Split deliveries and tracking
Items may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages. When tracking is available, we will email it to you after each package is dispatched.
Address changes
Please check your address carefully at checkout. Email niceweirdstore@gmail.com immediately if it needs changing. Once production or fulfilment has begun, we may be unable to change or redirect the order, and a replacement shipment may involve an additional charge.
Missing or damaged orders
If tracking has not updated for an unusual length of time, your parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, or the package arrives damaged, contact niceweirdstore@gmail.com with your order number and any useful photos. We will investigate with the fulfilment partner or carrier and work to put it right.
