Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unworn or unused, with its original tags and packaging, and you will need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of an untracked return. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if it is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, including reasonable return postage where applicable.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for personalised or custom-made products, gift cards, or items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to request a return and place a separate order once your return has been accepted.

UK and European cancellation rights

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, you generally have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, then return it within the following 14 days. Please email us to exercise this right. Items must be returned unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging where reasonably possible. Statutory exceptions, including certain personalised goods, still apply.

Refunds

We will let you know when we have received and inspected your return. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method, normally within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to display the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email niceweirdstore@gmail.com.
